For the bash celebrating the final seven episodes, the 15-year-old actress wore a tea-length black dress with silver trimming. Shipka, who plays the character of Sally Draper on the hit AMC series, accessorized with silver sandals and a matching metallic clutch. She wore her hair slicked back into a loose bun, paired with glowing skin and edgy silver and black eyeliner.   

Now the teen is a budding fashionista, but remember when she was just a bashful kid at the premiere in 2009? The then 9-year-old wore a cutesy knee-length dress, black ballet flats, and her only accessory was a bold feathered headband.
