Kandace Greer Grammer popularly known as Greer Grammer was born on February 15, 1992, in Los Angeles, California in the United States of America. She is the daughter of Kelsey Grammer, her father who was an actor, and her mother Barrie Buckner who was a makeup artist but they never married each other. She has three half-sisters from her father’s side named Spencer, Mason, and Faith and three half-brothers Jude, Gabriel, and James. Greer started developing her interest in theatre since she was 5 years old. For her education, Greer attended Idyllwild Arts Academy for two years for receiving her training for theatre programs. In June 2014, she graduated from the University of Southern California where she majored in theatre.

Greer started her career by getting her first acting role in 2010 as a guest star on an episode of Nickelodeon’s teen series iCarly. She was then seen in the independent films Almost Kings, Chastity Bites, and An Evergreen Christmas. Greer was a cast in the MTV comedy series Awkward, in 2011, where she played the role of Lissa Miller. She first played the recurring roles in the first two seasons of the series and was then promoted as a regular cast of the series in season 3 season 4 and season 5. In 2015, she was seen as a guest as McKenna on Melissa and Joey for three episodes of the final season.
